In general, the text editor in Tasks has the same appearance and contains almost the same options for text design as in the editor when creating a message in the Newsfeed.
But at the same time, it is more advanced, as it has several additional options. We will focus on them in this article.

Checklist
In addition to a bulleted or numbered list, you can also use this type in tasks.
This is a kind of checklist or plan. Each checklist item is marked with a check mark.
In the process of working on the task, you can mark completed points of the plan. You just need to click on the checkbox to activate it.
❗️You can mark the item as completed in task editing mode.
Diagram
You can also add some graphic images such as diagrams or drawings to the task description.
By creating your own diagrams, you will visually show your colleagues the relationship, for example, between different processes or stages of work. This is a kind of data visualization.
For your graphic image to appear in the task, first save it in the work window.
In editing mode, the created diagram will be displayed in a smaller size.
And when viewing the task it will be displayed in a bigger size.
Hidden text
It can be used to keep the task description from looking too cluttered.
First, specify the title, then the text you want to hide under it.
When viewing a task, you can collapse or expand the text. Such a formatting element will also help to visually divide the description of the task into logical parts.
