In Uspacy, you can create custom analytics reports based on call data recorded in your Space through connected telephony integrations.
These reports help you evaluate call activity, compare the performance of responsible users, analyze the number and duration of calls, and organize data by integration, call type, status, and other parameters.
For example, you can create a report that shows the total number of calls handled by each responsible user, broken down by connected telephony integrations. This allows your team to quickly see who makes or receives the most calls and which services are used for communication.
π To learn more about the general process of creating custom analytics reports and working with the View by, Measure by, and Group by settings, see the article "How to create your analytical report."
How to create a Calls report
From the entity drop-down menu, select Calls. The report will be generated using data from this tool.

Next, enter a descriptive report name so it's easy to find in the reports list. You can also add a short description below. Although optional, a description helps users quickly understand what the report contains and what it's intended for.

If needed, configure the Applied filters section. Filters allow you to limit the data included in the report. For example, you can include only successful calls, calls from a specific date range, or calls assigned to a particular user.
If no filters are applied, the report will include all available call data.

The following filter fields are available for calls reports:
- Call date
- Person responsible
- Call type
- Call status
- Call duration
- Calling number
- Called number

π‘ As with other custom reports, you can add multiple filter conditions and specify whether All conditions at the same time or At least one condition must be met.
Next, select a chart type. The report builder offers seven visualization options. The best choice depends on the data you want to analyze:
- Use a vertical or horizontal bar chart to compare the number or duration of calls between responsible users.
- Use a line chart to track changes over time.
- Use a pie chart or donut chart to show how each value contributes to the total.
- Use an info card to display a single summary metric.

When configuring a Ρalls report, you'll work with three main parameters.
π£ View by determines the primary dimension used to organize the report.
The following options are available for calls:
- Person responsible
- Call type
- Call status
- Call date
- Calling number
- Called number
- CRM record

For example, selecting Person responsible lets you compare call metrics across users, while Call date helps you analyze call activity over a specific period.
π£ Measure by determines which numeric value is analyzed in the report.
The following metrics are available:
- Number of calls
- Call duration

The number of calls metric counts all calls that match the selected filters and report settings. Call duration allows you to analyze the length of those calls.
For example, you can select the Average calculation method to view the average call duration for each responsible user.
π£ Group by lets you further break down the report data.
The following grouping options are available:
- No grouping
- Call type
- Call status
- Calling number
- Called number
- Integration

For example, you can view the number of calls by responsible user and group them by integration. The chart will show not only each user's total call volume but also which connected telephony services were used to make or receive those calls.
For pie and donut charts, you can also enable the following options:
- Show values
- Show %
These options display the exact values and their percentage of the total directly on the chart.

After completing the configuration, click Create.

The new report will appear in the Reports & widgets tab. A Calls label next to the report name makes it easy to identify which tool the report belongs to.
