The execution history helps you track automation runs in your Uspacy Workspace. You can see when a Conditional Action or Process was triggered, check its execution status, and find specific records using search and filters.
For example, if an automation was supposed to create a task or update data in a record, you can use the run history to check whether it was triggered and what the outcome was.
How to view the execution history?
In the Workspace's left-hand menu, expand Automation and select Execution history.

At the top of the page, you’ll see two tabs: Conditional Actions and Processes. Switch between them to view runs for the corresponding type of automation.

🌟 Execution history for Conditional Actions is available on the Standard and Professional plans, while Execution history for Processes is available only on the Professional plan. These tools are not available on the Free plan.
What information is displayed in history?
The execution history is displayed as a table. Each row represents an individual run of a Conditional Action or Process. This means a single automation can have multiple records if it has been triggered multiple times.
The table may include:
- Conditional Action ID / Process ID — the automation identifier.
- Run ID — the identifier of a specific run.
- Name — the name of the Conditional Action or Process.
- Launch date — the date and time when the run started.
- Completion date — the date and time when the run finished.
- Next action date — the date and time when the next action in the run is scheduled to occur.
- Status — the current state or outcome of the run.
- Created by — the employee who created the Conditional Action or Process.
- Entity — the type of entity associated with the Conditional Action or Process run.
The status makes it easy to see which runs have been completed, which are still in progress, and which require attention.

How to filter runs?
Filters are located above the table. They help narrow down the list and find runs based on specific criteria.
Status
Use this filter to find runs based on their current state or outcome. The following statuses are available:
- Completed — the automation run has finished.
- In progress — the automation is still running or waiting to continue. For example, if a scenario includes a two-day waiting period, the run will have an In progress status during that time. Automations without a waiting period typically run quickly, so this status may appear only briefly.
- Canceled — the automation run has been completely stopped, and no further actions will be performed. For example, this status appears if the entire run is canceled while it is waiting. Skipping only the waiting step allows the scenario to continue and does not mean the entire run has been canceled.
- Error — a problem occurred that prevented the operation from being completed. For example, a required field may be missing, the provided data may not match the field format, or an unexpected error may have occurred.
Select the status you need to display only the corresponding runs in the table.

Entity
Use this filter to find runs associated with a specific entity type. For example, you can select Lead, Deal, Contact, Company, Activity, or Task.
The list also includes other available entities, including Smart Objects in your Workspace.

Launch date
Use this filter to view runs for a specific time period. The following options are available:
- Today
- Yesterday
- This week
- Last week
- This month
- Last month
- Certain date/Period
If the date you need isn’t available among the preset options, select Certain date/Period and enter the required values.

Conditional Actions or Processes
The last filter depends on the selected tab.
On the Conditional Actions tab, you can select a specific Conditional Action and view its runs.

On the Processes tab, you can find run records for a specific Process.

This is useful when you need to check a particular automation without reviewing the entire run history.
Filters and search
To find a Conditional Action or Process by name, enter all or part of its name in the search field above the filters.

You can combine search with filters. For example, enter part of a Process name in the search field and select Canceled as the status. The table will show only canceled Process runs whose names match your search query.
You can also combine multiple filters, such as a specific automation, entity, and run date.
If an automation didn’t produce the expected result, find it in the run history and check its run date and status. This will help you determine whether the corresponding record exists, whether the run is still in progress, or whether an error occurred.
