How to import data from Kommo to Uspacy?

There are four main steps you need to follow to successfully import your data.

Step 1. Authorize your Kommo account

In order to successfully import data, you need to log in to the Kommo portal using the administrator account.

Step 2. Start the migration process at Uspacy

In your Uspacy space, in which you plan to work with the data imported from Kommo, in the side menu, find the section Settings - the item Migrations.

From the possible systems to migrate from, select Kommo and click Start migration.

In the window that opens, click the Install integration button.

Next, select the account from which you want to import data.

If step 1 was completed successfully, the desired account should be available in the list. Then, click Allow.

Step 3: Select the entities to be imported to Uspacy

On the Data preparation tab, tick exactly what you want to import from your Kommo portal. These can be:

• deals;

💡In the Kommo service, these are leads. But after migration, they get into the deals in your Space. This is done to connect leads from Kommo to contacts and companies during the migration process. At Uspacy, only a deal can have such a connection.

• contacts;
• companies;
• employees

💡These are the events scheduled in the Kommo calendar.

Step 4. Start the migration process

To do this, just click on the Start migration button.

Now just wait for the import to complete to start working with your data at Uspacy.
