🟣 Processes — a long-awaited, business process builder our clients and partners have been asking for! This is a completely new level of automation in Uspacy, featuring a visual editor, conditional branching, and a wide range of capabilities.
You can now design complex, multi-step workflows of any scale—from simple action sequences to advanced scenarios with dozens of conditions and possible outcomes. It’s a true no-code automation platform within Uspacy.

🟣 Advanced filters in CRM are now available. All CRM entities now support the same powerful filtering capabilities as Tasks: multiple operators (equals, not equals, contains, filled, etc.) and grouping of fields with custom AND/OR logic.
Build highly precise and complex segments of clients, deals, and leads for any analytical or operational need.

🟣 Real-time updates in CRM — another highly anticipated enhancement that completes the “live” experience across key Uspacy modules. All changes now appear instantly without needing to refresh the page. If a colleague updates a deal stage or edits client details, you’ll see it immediately.
🟣 Saved table view preferences in CRM. Uspacy now remembers how many rows you prefer to see per page (20, 50, or 100) and saves this setting for future sessions.
🟣 Color synchronization for activities with Google Calendar makes calendar management even more convenient. Color coding for activities is now synced between Uspacy and Google Calendar, helping you easily distinguish event types and maintain a consistent organizational system across platforms.

🟣 Custom product fields in the Document Generator. You can now include not only standard fields but also any custom product attributes in your documents—such as manufacturer codes, country of origin, technical specifications, and more.
🟣 Multiple modifiers in the Document Generator — a powerful improvement for text handling. You can now combine several modifiers at once (for example, changing case and applying grammatical transformations), giving you greater flexibility to create accurate and well-formatted documents.

🟣 Dependent fields in CRM filters. The system now correctly accounts for dependencies between fields when filtering data, automatically limiting available options based on configured rules. This makes filtering more intuitive and helps prevent errors when working with complex hierarchical data.

🟣 Filtering by “Binding to entity” fields in Tasks. Easily find all tasks associated with a specific deal, client, or other entity. This is especially useful for analyzing project work and tracking commitments to clients.
