Wix integration: How to connect and set it up?

In this article, we’ll explain how to connect a Wix website to your Uspacy workspace to automatically transfer online store orders and form submissions to CRM.

Wix is a platform for creating websites and online stores. It allows you to sell products, accept orders, create forms for collecting leads, and use other tools for running an online business.

The Uspacy–Wix integration connects your website to the CRM in your Uspacy Workspace. Once connected, data that clients enter when placing orders or submitting forms is automatically transferred to Uspacy.

This means managers no longer need to manually transfer information from the website. New orders and inquiries are immediately added to the CRM, where your team can continue working with them.

See the step-by-step guide below. ⬇️

Wix settings

Step 1. Install the Uspacy app

First, you need to add the Uspacy app to your Wix website. You can do this using the following link: https://wix.to/zYWMP5g

After installation, the Uspacy app will appear in your Wix website dashboard.

Step 2. Get the Instance ID

You’ll need your website’s Instance ID to connect it to Uspacy.

In the Wix dashboard, go to Apps → Uspacy – Instance ID.

The page will display the unique identifier for the current connection. Click Copy.

💡 Tip: You’ll need the Instance ID in Uspacy, so keep this page open or save the copied value.

Uspacy settings

Step 1. Install the app

In your Uspacy Space, go to the Marketplace and find the free Wix by Uspacy app. Click Get to install it.

💡 Please note: Only a Space administrator or owner can install apps.

After installation is complete, click Configure to open the integration settings.

Step 2. Create a connection

In the app settings, create a new connection to your Wix website.

Under General information, specify:

🟣 Channel name — Enter a clear name for the connection. For example, you can use the name or URL of the website.

🟣 Instance ID — Paste the identifier you previously copied from the Uspacy app settings on the Wix side.

If you need to connect to another website later, click Add a new connection. You can configure CRM settings separately for each connection.

Step 3. Configure CRM connections

Under CRM connections, specify how Uspacy should process orders received from Wix.

Currently, orders support the creation of a Contact + Deal. This means that when a new order is received, the system creates the customer’s Contact and an associated Deal in the CRM.

Next, configure the following:

🟣 Funnel — Select the funnel where newly created Deals should be added.

🟣 Default source — Select the source that will automatically be assigned to CRM records created from orders received from this Wix website. For example, you can use Wix as the source. This makes it easier to identify where an order came from and use this information for filtering and data analysis later.

🟣 Default person responsible — Select the employee who will be responsible for the created CRM records.

This way, each new order will immediately be added to the appropriate funnel and assigned the specified source and responsible manager.

Step 4. Save the connection

Review the information you entered and click Save.

After the connection is successfully configured, the website will appear in the Connected stores list, and its status will be displayed as Connected. This means you can now proceed to configure Wix forms.

Step 5. Configure Wix form submission transfers

Under Form settings, click Add forms and select the Wix forms whose data you want to transfer to Uspacy.

For each added form, select which CRM record should be created after the form is submitted — a Lead or a Contact. Then configure how its fields should be populated.

Click the {+} button to add:

🟣 Default field — System data from the Wix form itself, such as its ID or name. This data can be mapped to CRM fields and used, for example, to automatically generate a Lead or Contact name.

🟣 Connected form field — A specific Wix form field and the value entered by the user when submitting the form. For example, this can be a name, phone number, email address, or answer to a question.

💡 Please note:

  • A single Wix form field does not have to be mapped to only one Uspacy field. If needed, its value can be transferred to multiple Uspacy fields.
  • Likewise, values from multiple Wix form fields can be transferred to a single Uspacy field. For this type of mapping, we recommend using Text fields because Row fields are limited to 255 characters. If the transferred data exceeds this limit, part of the text will not be saved.
  • For List fields, values will only be transferred when the options in Wix and Uspacy match exactly in spelling. For example, if Uspacy contains the value “Rose,” the Wix form must contain the exact same value. If the spelling differs — for example, “Rose” in Wix and “Roses” in Uspacy — the value will not be mapped.

If necessary, click Add field to configure the transfer of additional data to the CRM.

To save the settings for a specific form, click Save within that form’s section. The general Save button at the bottom of the page saves the connection settings but does not replace saving the individual form settings.

Done! ✅

Managing connected forms

Each added form has an activity toggle.

If you disable a form, its settings will be preserved, but new data from that form will temporarily stop being transferred to the CRM. This is useful when you need to pause a specific form without having to configure it again later.

To completely remove a form from the connection, click the trash can icon. In this case, its settings will be deleted, and you’ll need to add and configure the form again if you want to use it in the future.

How does it work?

Once configured, the integration can process two types of data from Wix: online store orders and form submissions.

🟣 When a client places an order on the website, their information is automatically transferred to Uspacy. The CRM creates a Contact and an associated Deal, which is added to the selected funnel. The default source and responsible person specified in the connection settings are also applied to the Deal.

Client and order information is stored in the corresponding CRM records, allowing the manager to start working on the order immediately without manually transferring information from Wix.

🟣 When a user submits a connected Wix form, the CRM automatically creates the Lead or Contact selected in the form settings. Its fields are populated with the form data according to the configured mapping.

In this way, the Wix integration automatically transfers orders and inquiries from your website to Uspacy, allowing your team to manage everything in one Space: view client information, assign responsible employees, and continue processing inquiries directly in the CRM.
