April is coming to an end—a perfect moment to look back and honestly assess whether your work has become easier and faster. At Uspacy, that’s exactly what we’ve been focused on this past month.
🟣 Do you hear that pleasant sound of notifications? That means sound alerts for internal chats are now available. You won’t miss important messages—even when working in another tab or app.
You’ll also now receive notifications for messages from External Channels (messengers and social networks). These alerts sound just like internal chat notifications, which is especially important both in the web version and the Uspacy mobile app.

🟣 Another step toward making Uspacy fully “alive”: real-time updates in tables and Kanban boards when creating CRM entities and Tasks. New records now appear instantly—no need to refresh the page.
🟣 In April, we added the ability to include any CRM entity fields in quick replies for External Channels. Now you can insert not only standard dynamic variables but also any fields from lead, deal, or contact cards.

🟣 Dynamic values are now available in filters and branching within Processes. You can use not only static values but also dynamic ones—from previous steps or related entities.
🟣 You can now allow or restrict process launches from other processes or conditional actions. This fine-tuning prevents accidental loops and gives you greater control over your automation architecture.

🟣 Details of related entities are now available in Smart Objects for the Document Generator. This means you can pull not only the object’s own data but also data from linked entities—making it possible to generate fully detailed documents.

🟣 Administrators can now complete a group of tasks in one click—especially useful for closing projects, archiving old tasks, or mass cleanup of outdated records.
🟣 Improved synchronization of recurring events with Google Calendar ensures your schedule stays accurate, no matter where changes are made.
Additionally, your Uspacy calendar now shows not only events you created but also meetings you’ve been invited to by colleagues.

🟣 You can now display custom employee profile fields in tables and in the quick profile view. These updates make team management even more convenient.

🟣 And finally, a small but pleasant improvement: thousands separators in financial reports. Let’s be honest—1,000,000 is much easier to read than 1000000.
All April updates are already live—enjoy exploring them, build better processes, and stay focused on what matters most!
