Restoring elements from the Trash

Restoring elements from the Trash

In this article, we’ll explain how to quickly and easily restore elements from the Trash if you still need them for your work in Uspacy

Elements that have been deleted are not permanently removed right away — they are sent to the Trash of their corresponding section. From there, they can be restored at any time, as long as the Trash hasn't been emptied.

So, let’s take a look at how to do that ⬇️

Restoring a single element

To bring an element back into use find it in the Trash list. Open the interaction menu for that element and click Restore. It will return to its original state along with all related data.

You’ll find the restored element in its appropriate section and resume working with it.

Restoring multiple elements

To restore multiple elements at once (within the same section), use the mass actions feature. First, select the elements you want to restore from the list (1), then click the Restore (2) button.

💡 To select all elements on the page, click the checkbox at the top of the table.

You can select up to 100 elements at once, depending on how many rows are displayed per page (the minimum is 5).

If you use the Select all option, all elements in the list that match your search and filters will be selected.

After confirming the action, the elements will be restored to their original state with all related data. You’ll find them in their corresponding sections and can continue working with them right away.

Restoration details

🟣 When an element is deleted to the Trash, no data is lost. It will be restored in the exact state it was in at the time of deletion — including its status, funnel, direction, stage, etc. All related data (such as comments, notes, files, history, and connections) will also be restored.

🟣 Restoring is only possible until permanent deletion. Once the Trash is emptied, the data cannot be recovered.
