Success stories of Uspacy implementation in the companies of our clients: Weblium
Uspacy is primarily a single digital workspace that contains various tools for organizing daily company processes. This is the main scenario for using our product, but not the only one. Sometimes companies choose Uspacy for just one tool that best meets their needs.
Weblium opted for Uspacy just six months after the launch of our product, recognizing its great potential.
Weblium is a Ukrainian website builder with an intuitive visual interface that entered the market in 2017. It allows users to create landing pages, simple websites, online stores, and blogs.

Uspacy tools used by Weblium
The key tool that Weblium uses daily is the CRM system. It supports the company in two main areas: sales of the platform and interactions with clients of the web studio, as the company specializes in website development and template customization. Uspacy enables the management of multiple sales funnels simultaneously, as different departments of the company have distinct scenarios and sales processes. Moreover, it facilitates not only working with new clients but also managing repeat sales with current ones.
New inquiries automatically enter the CRM as leads from the company's website, thanks to the integration of the CRM with its forms. After qualifying a lead, a deal is created and taken through the sales funnel. Typically, it takes a few clicks for a deal to progress to the won stage.
Another channel for managing deals is through inquiries from existing clients to support. In this case, clients do not fill out a form; instead, Weblium's sales team creates a new deal based on the client request passed from the support chat. This scenario is supported by the Uspacy CRM as well.
The work of the Weblium team with Uspacy CRM
Tasks in deals are a very convenient and important tool for Weblium, as they make it possible to schedule any activities and see the entire history of interactions with the client. Meetings, calls, emails, and notes provide a complete picture of the work not only for the responsible employees but also for their heads.
"First of all, Uspacy organizes the sales process in our company. Previously, it was done through spreadsheets, and a lot of information was lost. For example, it was impossible to track the history of interaction with clients. Now, the CRM allows us to see every interaction with a client.
Secondly, Uspacy CRM lets me see how many leads or deals I have in progress. There’s always a board in front of me where all deals are divided by stages. This gives me complete transparency and understanding of the current situation in the company."

Benefits of using Uspacy
The Weblium team notes that using CRM Uspacy saves working time. First, due to the lead automation from key sources. Second, through the absolute transparency of all processes, which now provide a clear picture of client interactions at various stages. People can see the number of processed and new leads, the time spent on all work processes, leave comments and add activities.
“Uspacy is, without exaggeration, an incredibly useful tool that has significantly changed our approach to work. Previously, we were lost in chaotic spreadsheets, Google Docs, and piles of links, but now everything is at our fingertips. Our team sees the history of client interactions, which allows us to work more efficiently and with a smile on our faces.
With Uspacy, we can leave behind all those stacks of electronic documents."
