Two-factor authentication (OTP) is an effective solution that helps to prevent threats of various nature.
And also secures employee data and access to important documentation from third parties.
Complete digital security
We create a high level of protection and security, which we take care of every second.
To prevent unauthorized disclosure of information, we use digital security measures. Therefore, clients data is always under full modern protection:
- separate SSL certificates for each space
- data encryption
- 24/7 monitoring
- hot standby and backup by using Amazon Web Services tools
Stability and availability
We take serious measures to guarantee absolute stability and high availability. Each client has its own database and each of them is physically separated from the other, which makes it completely impossible for other clients to access it.
Our clusters are located in several Amazon data centers in different regions at the same time.
Backup
We use triple backup of user files. This provides uninterrupted access to data without any device, even if the data center is physically destroyed.
Thus, all databases with encrypted client data are backed up three times, in different regions.
Data protection
The storage, protection, and privacy of clients information is a top priority for the Uspacy team.
We act in accordance with the norms of current Ukrainian legislation, as well as the general regulation on data protection - GDPR.
