🟣 This month, we introduced two new apps in the Uspacy Marketplace: Aircall integration and TikTok Lead Forms integration. These solutions are designed for companies working in international markets and using modern platforms to promote their services.

🟣 June was especially productive for our Analytics tools. First, we introduced the new Sales funnel report, available in two views. Alongside the traditional Classic funnel, the new Actual funnel provides a more detailed analysis of lead and deal progression by distinguishing between records that reached a stage and those that skipped a stage. This gives you a clear understanding of where conversions are being lost and which funnel stages may be unnecessary and only slowing down your sales process.

🟣 We also added analytics reports for External channels chats. You can now analyze conversation volume, response times, and other key client communication metrics across external messaging channels.

🟣 In addition, we've released analytics reports for Email and added the ability to quickly clear the Period filter.

🟣 We've also significantly improved Analytics performance. Reports and dashboards now load at least 10 times faster, making it easier to work with your data.
🟣 Our flagship products—CRM and Tasks—received major updates.
You can now customize Kanban and Tasks cards to select exactly which information is displayed, allowing each team to tailor boards to their workflow.

🟣 We've also added the ability to duplicate saved filters in both CRM and Tasks. Instead of creating filters from scratch, simply copy an existing one and adjust it as needed—saving valuable time.


🟣 A new Schedule board view is now available for Contacts and Companies. It automatically organizes records into columns based on the due dates of upcoming activities, helping you prioritize activities more effectively.

🟣 We've continued improving the Communication hub. Website chat widgets now support a Contact request form, making it easy to collect visitor contact information directly through the chat.

🟣 Group chats now include read receipts, so you can see exactly who has viewed a message.
🟣 Any member can now invite additional members to an existing group chat.

🟣 Searching within chats is now even faster. Files and links are displayed immediately, even before you enter a search query, making it much easier to find documents and shared URLs.
🟣 Muted chats are no longer included in the unread message counter, helping you focus on conversations that actually require your attention.
🟣 Message composition now supports tables, making it easier to share structured information with colleagues.
🟣 We've also introduced several Email improvements:
- Dynamic insertion of the employee's name as the email sender.

- The ability to copy a direct link to an email.

- A new filter by sender name.

- Synchronization of processing and read statuses.

🟣 We added access permissions for the Requests log and introduced an option that allows all group members to view each other's tasks.



🟣 Business processes now support variables and constants in branching conditions and filters, as well as dynamic URL parameters when sending emails from Conditional Actions or automated processes.

🟣 Across the platform, whenever you open a user selection field, your own profile now appears first, making forms faster to complete.
🟣 Browser tabs now display the name of the currently opened record or section, making it much easier to navigate when working with multiple tabs.
🟣 And finally, the list of improvements was so extensive this month that we'll simply highlight the remaining fixes and optimizations:
- Improved lead completion logic when required fields are present.
- The selected number of records per page is now preserved after clearing filters.
- Removed unnecessary Task notifications.
- Improved filter behavior in the Products section.
- Fixed the display of top banners (subscription expiration notices, webinar invitations, etc.) on tablets.
- Improved navigation to chats from both full and compact employee profiles, including when profiles are opened over CRM or Task cards.
