Sometimes, duplicates of contacts, leads, and other entities can appear in a CRM system. We have an entire plan to address this issue, and today we are taking the first step — merging records in the CRM. Do you have several identical records? Select and merge them in the list using the wizard, which will guide you through the process and show you how the merged record will look.

Last month, we wrote about table settings in Tasks. In June, the ability to change column widths and rearrange them by dragging became available for all tables in the CRM section.

You can now customize the color scheme of groups, allowing you to personalize and highlight them among others.

Integration with Telegram groups has appeared. Now, you can add a bot connected to your Uspacy to any group. It will start broadcasting messages to your space, and responses will be returned to the Telegram group. This is an excellent solution for teams communicating with clients on projects in shared Telegram groups.

This month, many updates were made to our applications. For example, task numbers are now displayed in the mobile app. It might seem like a small thing, but many of our users requested this feature. Additionally, it is now possible to view documents in .pdf, .docx, and .xlsx formats in the app. For Linux users, we created a desktop application.

Our team worked hard on migrations from other products and data import from files. We added or improved over ten different mechanisms — from formatting phone numbers to creating comments on group posts. Import and migration have become faster and more functional, allowing even more companies to switch to Uspacy easily.

Summer is traditionally a slow period for business activity, but not for us. The Uspacy team is maintaining a rapid development pace to create a product that helps entrepreneurs organize their daily work. Here’s what we managed to release in June:

From now on, tasks can be delegated if you need to assign them to someone else. Just click the appropriate item in the task menu, choose whom to delegate the task to, and enjoy that someone else now has to do the work. Convenient, isn't it?

Task hierarchy — an update not for everyone. However, users actively working with subtasks and managing multi-level project structures have already appreciated our new feature. In the hierarchical task view, you can see the entire structure of a task with its subtasks at multiple levels deep, providing more understanding of what is happening with various tasks.

Additionally, it is now possible to customize tables in tasks, such as changing the width of columns or moving them around by simple dragging and dropping. A similar update will soon be available for the CRM section. In the CRM, task creation from templates directly from the Lead, Deal, or Client card has also been introduced.

From now on, our users will have access to sorting in CRM. In any CRM entity, you can sort table data by any field in ascending or descending order and get accurate data, no matter how large your client base is.

Many updates have touched our mobile application.
The main one is working with media files. From now on, you can view images and videos attached to tasks, posts, or sent in chats without having to download them to your device. On iOS, you can now upload not only images but also videos.

Also, it has become very easy to navigate to replies in chats — just tap on a reply, and you will be taken to the message that received it.

Finally, Uspacy supports voice and video messages for Telegram and WhatsApp. These are the same circles that some people love to use when communicating with popular messengers. If a client records such a message, it will come to Uspacy, where you can view, listen, and reply. For now, the response is traditional, because you love your clients.

The Uspacy team doesn't slow down or stop when it comes to releasing updates. We still have a lot to do, so there are no business seasons or breaks for rest — our team continues to improve Uspacy. And in May, we managed to release several essential and pleasant updates:

Let's start with some inspiring news that thousands of our users have been waiting for. Now, you can ditch third-party email clients in favor of the built-in Email Communication Center! Right now, you can connect your work inbox and communicate with clients, partners, and anyone else just from your Uspacy space. Do you use a shared mailbox like info or sales in your company? Make it accessible to everyone when connecting to Uspacy and communicate with all your colleagues simultaneously. And while this is a huge update to our product, work on expanding the capabilities of this feature is only gaining momentum.

Now, in the lead, contact, and deal cards timeline, communication with your clients from external channels like Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, or website widgets is included. This means that communication with clients in chats will always be visible in the Communication Center and the CRM.

We've also made it possible to map user fields when converting from leads. It sounds pretty technical, but this feature allows you to automatically transfer information from lead cards to any converted entities, saving time on manual data manipulation. You just need to have a set of similar fields in the entities where you need lead information, and upon conversion, the data from these fields will be transferred to Contact, Company, and Deal cards.

And we've also revamped horizontal scrolling for long tables. This interface enhancement will significantly change the user experience for users who work with a large amount of data in Tasks or CRM tables. This update eliminates the need to search for the horizontal scroll element at the bottom of the page; instead, you can simply hover your cursor over the right or left edge of the table and watch the magic of scrolling in the desired direction.

Now, the unread message counter is available in desktop and mobile applications! Yes, indeed, our applications now signal with a separate counter on the icon that there's something you should pay attention to. So now you will get everything that concerns you!

Sometimes, it happens — there are not many news pieces, but all of them are so cool that the anticipation is worth it! That's precisely what happened with us and the April updates to Uspacy.

Novelties of April 

Finally, smart filters have appeared in CRM! This means that segmenting the customer base, dividing deals by the values of custom fields, working with necessary samples, or exporting them for analytics will be very easy from now on!

Excellent detail for meticulous users: from now on, the Uspacy left menu will remember its state so that you can explore freely, and everything will remain as you configured it.

We have updated the reaction design in chats. This has sped up the loading of reactions, and secondly, it just looks beautiful.) We improved the "Do Not Disturb" mode, which helps you focus only on the important when some chats may contain conversations that are not very relevant to you. We've also added marks indicating message edits.


Significant updates to group designs will delight their active users, as much more critical information can now fit on the screen.

The mobile application has also been updated. Now, clicking on a task link will open the required task directly in the application, not the browser. It seems small, but we carefully care about your user experience.

Incredibly cool updates to task boards allow moving entire columns and individual task cards. Now, task personalization and prioritization sound like the epitome of convenience!

And also, Tasks received a major update – Deadlines board on the Kanban. This automatic representation independently places tasks according to their relevance stages to inform you of important matters. Moreover, moving tasks between the Deadlines board columns automatically change their due date!

Bright spring replaces cold winter, green grass emerges beneath white snow, and sunny rays no longer struggle to warm the earth under gloomy clouds. Everything changes, except for the traditionally high pace of Uspacy development. So, if we're talking about the renewal of nature, we can also boast about our innovations.

Novelties of March 

The long-awaited feature - a website widget that allows you to install an online chat where customers can communicate with your company. All chat messages will go to a single Communication Hub, and responses will be instantly available to website visitors!

Updates to the Document Generator, where you can now specify the amount numerically and in text. Also, adding several product tables to one document is now possible.

In addition to reccuring task templates, one-time templates which can be used to create standardized tasks.

Plus to this, updates for the kanban. And also the ability to copy tasks with files have been added.

Filters for tasks in the mobile app, which will make working in the section incredibly convenient!

A few weeks ago, we celebrated the first anniversary of the Uspacy launch. But even on that day, we didn't stop because there's still a lot of work ahead for us! So, in February, we released:

Now, customizing the CRM entity card is available. This means that every Uspacy user can flexibly tailor the CRM card—lead, deal, contact, or smart object—to their needs. Hide unnecessary elements, create a new section for thematic fields, display only fields with values? Now it's elementary!

In December, we released the first version of the Document Generator, but the work on it never stopped for a moment. And now, in Uspacy, you can generate proposals, invoices, acts, invoices, and any other documents that require a list of goods and services. There's also support for images, so proposals can now include product photos, and you can use logos in your documents.

The ability to display fields indicating when or by whom a CRM entity was created or modified has been added. Additionally, you can now show the fields Date Created, Date Updated, Created By, and Updated By for all CRM entities, both in the entity card and the general table.

A timestamp has been added to the list of scheduled tasks. Now, in the list of all tasks, the scheduled time for a task will always be displayed if it was added during planning. A switch for Kanban stages has also been added to the task card, allowing you to change the task stage not only on the group board but also directly in the task itself.

Sometimes minor, almost unnoticed updates completely change the user experience. For example, now Uspacy remembers the group section where you were last. This is very convenient for working in groups, allowing you to return to where you were last time.

The display of requests to join a group has been added. Now, any team member can submit a request to join a closed group, and the owner or moderators can accept or reject such requests in the corresponding section.

The desktop application has been undergoing testing for some time, but we've finally made it available to everyone! So, if you have a Windows or Mac OS computer, feel free to download it to communicate with your colleagues and receive notifications in conversations.

Finally, reactions have been added to the mobile application!

If every line of code written were a snowflake and every update of Uspacy a little cloud, then this January would have been a snowstorm in every corner of the world where our product is used. So, it's time to share how much we've accomplished this January.


Novelties of January

So, in December, we released the Document Generator — one of the anticipated features for the sales department, where documents are generated based on templates. And it harmonizes well with Customer Details, enhancing the capabilities of our CRM.

We have also expanded the capabilities of mass actions in CRM. Value replacement, addition, cleaning, and mathematical operations are available for leads, customers, or deals. This significantly reduces the time spent on routine operations in the sales department.

However, trying to link tasks to CRM created a considerable queue of our users. This allows for creating tasks directly from the deal or customer card, seeing it in the timeline, and managing relationships directly from the task. Now, you can plan comprehensive tasks without leaving the CRM card!

Shared Boards for groups have been released, expanding the capabilities of working with tasks in groups and project management.

And in Tasks, new filters have been added, providing advanced capabilities. Now, any field can filter tasks, and you can choose the logical operator "All conditions at once" or "At least one condition" to narrow down or expand the selection results.

You no longer have to miss mentions when a colleague wants your attention in the chat. Mention your name, and you will receive a notification to respond. You can also go directly to the place you need.

Some are already peeling tangerines, some are planning the first activities of the upcoming year, and we are summing up December. Because our team does not slow the pace of product development, ensuring that all our users receive long-awaited updates as quickly as possible.

Novelties of December 2023

The most expected novelty of this month is the tasks in the mobile application! It seems that no other Uspacy feature has been as ardently desired as the possibility to work with tasks on a smartphone. We made these wishes come true!

After presenting the Smart objects, we immediately started combining them with classic CRM entities. From now on, Invoices can be bound to Deals, pets to their owners, and cars to insurance contracts. This is possible thanks to the "Binding to entity" field.

Do you need to change the lead type for several prospective clients at once? Do you wish to assign the value of a new field to hundreds of contacts at the same time? Now you can do it in one click using the mass editing in CRM! And an extended version of this tool is currently in progress.

And one more thing, as they used to say at the presentations of legendary products... We know that a lot of Uspacy users have been waiting for a calling card. From this time on, you can see who is calling you now, check their deals and make the necessary notes.

Of course, this is not a full list of novelties in November, because we've also improved the ways of creating leads and deals when working with the Kanban board and improved dozens of things in the Communication center to make your communication as comfortable as possible.

In November nature usually gets rid of everything unnecessary, changing bright colors to shades of gray. But our company prefers the southern climate, where summer is all year round. That’s because Uspacy doesn't slow down the pace of developing an incredible product!

Saved and predefined filters are now available in tasks, and the task creator can be changed at any moment.

From now on, there’s a mass editing of tasks, which means that the values of any fields can be changed, added with additional information and cleared at the same time.


We’ve made a mass deletion of elements in all CRM entities possible, and it means that the work with them will become much more convenient. 

Products now have custom fields that give more freedom when working with Uspacy.

We’ve added the possibility to edit call connections with CRM entities, as well as display entity ID in tables. It sounds like a small thing, but a lot of our users have been waiting for these updates.


There’s also Product Import, which will allow you to upload your product catalog from a file to CRM, and Export from CRM, which will make it possible to export both the entire database and the results of certain filtering. 

 In addition to data transfer, we’ve also launched the Hubspot migrator, which will transfer all information from this CRM system without any errors. 


Smart objects (entities) are a revolutionary feature of Uspacy! They give you the opportunity to independently create sections that you lack in our product and use them at your own discretion. For example, a section of payments with its own fields, funnels and lists, a list of car manufacturers or a directory of countries. If you wait for the integration of Smart objects with artificial intelligence, you can get an incredible assistant in your daily work.

We’ve greatly improved the communication at Uspacy, so right now you can see an updated design of messages in chat, turn on “Do not notify” to focus on what's more important, and find any information in your chat history by using the search.

From now on, your clients can write to you in Telegram or Viber, and you can reply while staying at your Uspacy Space. All thanks to integrations that provide message forwarding.

You no longer need to fill out all the fields, creating tasks of the same type over and over again. Make any of them Regular by configuring the parameters and manage the regularity with the help of templates.

Made it possible to import employees from a file, thanks to which you can add colleagues to Space. In addition, they will be imported, together with the profile data, to the company structure and the department in which they work.

Added import of tasks from a file. You can easily transfer tasks you've worked on in another service to your Uspacy by importing them from a file and clicking the gear on the tasks page.

Presented a separate CRM block that allows you to add products, that is, the goods or services you sell, to your own catalog using a card or deals.

Made the integration with WhatsApp possible. It allows to respond to clients who write to you in the messenger, simply from your Space. You will also be able to convert dialogs into leads and further take them through the CRM funnel.

Launched a major technical novelty that enables to automate work in Space thanks to webhooks. It’s possible to track changes at Uspacy and send them to other services.
